I am Isha Lall, a lifestyle and holistic nutritionist based out of Gurgaon (Delhi-NCR). I officially started my yoga & wellness journey in 2012. For almost a decade, I have been on this path to heal people with chronic diseases like Cancer, Diabetes, Unexpected Weight gain (aiding in weight loss & weight management), PCOS/PCOD, Thyroid Issues, Gut Health, Autoimmune Disorders and more. My approach to heal my patients is through a blend of yoga asanas, nourishing foods, stress management techniques and mindfulness practices. 

Each body reacts to foods and the ecosystem in a unique way. There is no one size fits all approach. Hence, we believe in customizing diet and lifestyle to address the chronic disorder and reversing it forever. As a yogini, nutritionist, and a holistic wellness coach, I have worked with hundreds of patients from all over the world and helped them live a more fulfilling and healthy life. 

I believe that a dietitian or a nutritionist should go beyond just making diet plans and help create habits that are holistic and sustainable in the long run.

What we eat, when to eat, how we eat, and our relationship with food is a major make or break in holistic health. My diet is based on eastern traditional science like Ayurveda and functional medicine that help people build healthy diets and habits that can be sustainable and true to their palate.
